Neurodiversity

Neurodiversity has become part of everyday workplace conversation, yet many organisations struggle to translate their good intentions into meaningful support.

Leaders generally recognise that everyone thinks and works differently. They regard diversity as conducive to creativity and enjoy the different strengths that others bring. However, in practice, the needs of other people can be seen as difficult, inconvenient and complex for managers. For individuals, navigating a late diagnosis or articulating needs, can be uncomfortable and even distressing.

I can offer neurodiversity awareness sessions for leaders and managers and one-to-one specialist coaching to those who have diagnoses of ADHD, Dyslexia or Autism where these present workplace challenges.

All our programmes are bespoke.
